Hydroxyquinoxalone retinate (HPR) is a revolutionary new type of retinoid. Studies have shown that compared to other retinoid products, it does not require metabolic conversion (usually retinol needs to undergo two-step conversion in the skin) and can directly exert its effects through receptor activation. It has less irritation, but high efficacy, stronger stability, and is less prone to oxidative failure.
