Product Description

Product Description
aspirin

Aspirin is a white crystal or crystalline powder, odorless or slightly acetic acid odor, slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in ethanol, soluble in ether, chloroform, the aqueous solution is acidic. It is a derivative of salicylic acid. After nearly one hundred years of clinical application, it has proved to be effective in relieving mild or moderate pain, such as toothache, headache, neuralgia, muscle aches and dysmenorrhea, and is also used to reduce fever in cold and flu and other febrile diseases, and to treat rheumatic pain. In recent years, it has been found that aspirin has an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation and can prevent thrombosis, which is clinically used to prevent the formation of thrombus after transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction, artificial heart valve and venous fistula or other surgeries.

3.Why we need supply aspirin?

Analgesic and antipyretic
Aspirin can provide short-term relief of headache through vasodilatation, and its effect on dull pain is better than that on acute pain. Therefore, it can relieve mild or moderate dull pain, such as headache, toothache, neuralgia, muscle pain and menstrual pain; at the same time, it can restore (lower) the hypothalamic thermoregulatory center to normal level, which is elevated by bacterial pyrogens. It can only relieve the symptoms, but cannot treat the cause of pain and fever, so other drugs should be used at the same time.
Anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic
Aspirin is the first choice for the treatment of rheumatic fever. It can relieve fever, reduce inflammation, improve joint symptoms and reduce blood sedimentation, but it cannot remove the basic pathological changes of rheumatism and prevent heart damage and other comorbidities. If there is already obvious myocarditis, it is generally advocated to use adrenocorticotropic hormone first, and add this product to the treatment after the rheumatic symptoms are controlled and before the hormone is discontinued, in order to reduce the rebound phenomenon caused by the discontinuation of the hormone.
Treatment of arthritis
In addition to rheumatoid arthritis, this product is also used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, which can improve symptoms and create conditions for further treatment. It is also used for osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, juvenile arthritis, and other non-rheumatic inflammatory conditions with skeletal muscle pain, which can also provide symptomatic relief.
Anti-thrombotic
This product has an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation and prevents thrombosis. It is used clinically to prevent thrombosis after temporary ischemic attack (TIA), myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, prosthetic heart valves, arteriovenous fistulas, or other surgical procedures. It can also be used to treat unstable angina pectoris.
Inhibition of platelet agglutination
Aspirin is used during high-altitude hiking; it inhibits the platelet release response and inhibits platelet aggregation. [3]
Other effects
Mitigation of cutaneous mucosal lymph node syndrome (Kawasaki disease)
Aspirin is applied in children with Kawasaki disease with the aim of reducing the inflammatory response and preventing the formation of intravascular thrombi.
Fight against cancer
Prevention of digestive tract tumors

4. The role of aspirin:

1.Aspirin has an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation, therefore the indications for aspirin enteric coated tablets are as follows.
2. Reduce the risk of acute myocardial infarction in suspected patients
3. Prevention of recurrence of myocardial infarction
4.Secondary prevention of stroke
5.To reduce the risk of transient ischemic attack (TIA) and its secondary strokes
6.reduce the risk of morbidity in patients with stable and unstable angina
7.After arterial surgery or interventional procedures, such as percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), carotid endarterectomy, arteriovenous bypass grafting
8. Prevention of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism after major surgery
9.Reduce the risk of myocardial infarction in people with cardiovascular risk factors (family history of coronary heart disease, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, obesity, history of smoking, people older than 50 years old).
