Oolong tea is now a traditional Chinese tea. These teas are either rolled into long, curly leaves or pressed into a ball shape. Its oxidation process increases the levels of certain health-promoting compounds that have potentially unique anti-allergy, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. Oolong tea is a floral and light tea that is perfect for daily consumption. Slightly fruity and fresh, it contains high levels of antioxidants.
