1.Product Introduction:
Sponge microneedles, also known as sponge bone needles, are the siliceous needle like skeleton of sponges, including algal bone needles, water needles, and biological microneedles. To the naked eye, it appears as a powder, while under a microscope it appears as a pointed rod shaped crystal bone needle or a blunt bone needle.
Hydrolyzed Sponge Powder produced by our company is composed of extremely fine bone needles and sponge filaments. Through cold drying and biological extraction technology, the small needle like particles are controlled within a length of 50-20um, forming small needle like crystals.
2.Extraction Process:
The low-temperature fermentation extraction method using biological enzymes does not contain acid or alkali harmful solvent residues, and retains the original white color of the bone needles without the use of whitening agents. PH to neutral (6.9-7) reduces allergy rate.
Sponge microneedles are hollow and porous structures, and harmful residues are difficult to remove. Sponge microneedles are extracted by biological enzyme processes. The raw materials extracted from acid and alkali contain residual harmful solvents, which can easily cause problems such as allergies, inflammation, and pigmentation when microneedles are implanted into the skin.
