Medium Chain Triglycerides Oil are medium-chain fats, which naturally exist in foods such as palm kernel oil and coconut oil and breast milk, and are one of the sources of dietary fat.

Medium Chain Triglycerides Oil are composed only of saturated fatty acids, have a low freezing point, are liquid at room temperature, and have low viscosity. Compared with soybean oil, it is completely odorless, colorless and transparent liquid. Compared with ordinary oils and hydrogenated oils, the content of unsaturated fatty acids in medium chain triglycerides is extremely low, and the oxidation stability is very good, and its iodine value does not exceed 0.5. MCT is particularly stable at high and low temperatures.
