Vitamin B1 is naturally present in foods such as rice bran, bran, lean meat, peanut rice, etc. Pure products are usually prepared by chemical synthesis. Excess acetamidine hydrochloride is condensed with α-dimethoxy-β-methoxypropionitrile in alkaline (methanol and sodium methanol) medium to 3,6-dimethyl-1,2-dihydro-2,4,5,7-tetraazanonaphthalene, then hydrolyzed at 90-100°C, then opened under alkaline conditions to form 2-methyl-4-amino-5-aminomethylpyrimidine, followed by action with carbon disulfide and ammonia, then condensed with acetic acid-γ Chloro-γ-acetyl propyl ester condensation, then in hydrochloric acid, 75-78 ºC under the hydrolysis and cyclic synthesis of thiamine hydrochloride, and finally neutralized with ammonia, hydrogen peroxide oxidation, acidification of hydrochloric acid to obtain thiamine hydrochloride.
1. Applicable to vitamin B1 deficiency, with the function of maintaining normal glucose metabolism and nerve conduction, also used in the auxiliary treatment of dyspepsia, neuritis, etc.
2. Vitamin B1 has an important role in maintaining normal nerve conduction, heart and normal activities of the digestive system. This product can be fortified with thiamine nitrate, the specific dosage must be converted.
3. As a feed additive, vitamin B1 has an important role in maintaining normal nerve conduction, as well as the normal activities of the heart and digestive system. When livestock and poultry are deficient, it is easy to produce carbohydrate metabolism disorder and loss of appetite.
4. The use and scope of the same as thiamine hydrochloride, the dosage must be commuted.
5. Applicable to vitamin B1 deficiency, with the function of maintaining normal sugar metabolism and nerve conduction, also used in the auxiliary treatment of indigestion, neuritis, etc. Used as a fortifying agent for bread, cookies and other pasta products, its effect is better than thiamine hydrochloride
