1. Anti-tumor effects
(1)Inhibitory effect on melanoma
Lupinol has an inhibitory effect on the growth and induction of differentiation of mouse melanoma.
(2) Inhibitory effect on skin cancer in mice
Lupinol has an inhibitory effect on the development of skin cancer and the expression of its tumor markers.
(3) Inhibitory effect on breast cancer
Lupinol has an inhibitory effect on the growth of breast cancer cells.
(4) Inhibitory and apoptosis-inducing effects on prostate cancer cells
Among endocrine-related tumors, in addition to breast cancer cells, lupinol also has an inhibitory effect on prostate cancer.
(5) Inhibitory and apoptosis-inducing effects on pancreatic cancer
Lupinol has a growth inhibitory effect on pancreatic cancer, and inhibition of the Ras pathway induces apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cells.
(6) Inhibitory effect on hepatocellular carcinoma cells
Lupinol inhibits the self-renewal ability of tumorinitiating cells (TIC) in vitro and in vivo.
(7) Inhibitory effect on leukemia cells
Lupinol has a growth inhibitory and apoptosis-inducing effect on leukemia cells. The inhibitory effect of lupinol on leukemia cells is related to the carbonylation of lupin ring.
(8) Inhibitory effects on other tumors
